Slow Days, Fast Company

A revisit, after having first read this sophomore year of high school, at the behest of my cousin (who is the master of books, and is always supplementing me with excellent recs). An extremely hazy read—came out of it feeling as though I had lived it along with Babitz. A... seductive book, if that makes sense? Dusty, glamorous, messy, melancholic, and also, my first introduction to vignettes!
